Your initial consultation by phone or in person is free. Should you decide to employ me and I decide to represent you we will enter into a Fee Agreement. My fee is contingent based on a recovery. It is 35% of what I can recover for you. If I do not recover then you do not owe me for my services. You will only be responsible for any costs I have incurred on your behalf.
