PERSONAL INJURY
I represent clients who have been injured as a result of an accident because of the other party's negligence and liability. My goal is to recover as much damages as I can for my client. My consultation is free and my fee is based on 35% contingency of what I can recover for you.
WORKER'S COMPENSATION
If you have been injured at work call to make sure your rights are protected and you received all benefits to which you are entitled. Consultation is free. My fee is 25% contingent on making a recovery and subject to approval by the N.C. Industrial Commiission.
CONTRACTS
The following are just some examples of various contracts I can review or draft for you: Employment contracts, purchase or sale of a business, leases, settlement agreements, promissory notes, waivers, releases, bills of sale. My fee is based on my hourly rate of $300.00; a review of a document may save you disputes later on and costly litigation
FAMILY LAW
While I do not represent clients for contested divorces, I do handle uncontested absolute divorces along with Separation and Property Settlement Agreements, Pre-nuptial and Post-nuptial Agreements. My fee for an uncontested simple absolute divorce is $925.00 which includes the filing fee of $225.00. I charge $300.00 an hour for the preparation of any agreements.
